dti Publishing Corporation (“dti,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides LabHUB™ Online Labs (“LabHUB,” the “Service”) for authorized users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use LabHUB™. The LabHUB™ platform hosts both LabConnection® and NetEmulator™ labs, which are included in this privacy policy.
1) What We Collect
LabHUB is designed to minimize the collection of personal data. The only personal information we store is your email address.
We may also collect limited technical data automatically to keep the Service working reliably:
- Log and device data: IP address, browser type, device/OS type, timestamps, and diagnostic error logs.

We do not collect student birthdays, addresses, phone numbers, payment card data, or government ID numbers.
2) How We Use Information
We use your email address to:
- create and manage your LabHUB account,
- authenticate access (login),
- provide essential service communications (password resets, system notices, support responses).
We use technical and usage data to:
- secure the Service and prevent abuse,
- troubleshoot performance or connectivity issues,
- maintain reliability and improve LabHUB.
We do not sell personal information.
3) Who We Share Information With
We share information only in limited situations:
Service Providers
We may use trusted vendors to host and operate LabHUB (for example, cloud hosting and support tooling). They may process data only to provide services to us and must protect it under contract.
Legal and Safety
We may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect the security and integrity of LabHUB, our users, or others.
Business Transfers
If dti is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
4) Cookies and Similar Technologies
LabHUB may use cookies or similar technologies for:
- session management and authentication,
- security features,

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent login or break core functionality.
5) Data Retention
We retain email addresses and related account records only as long as needed to:
- provide the Service,

- maintain security logs as needed for troubleshooting and protection.
If you request account deletion, we will delete or de-identify your account data unless retention is required for legal or security purposes.
