It can be a Lone Wolf model:

Labs can be made by a single author that designs the lab, generates all the graphics necessary, all the required scripts (instructions, questions, answers, explanations), records the voice over, and saves all these materials to LabHUB™ where they will be able to create the interactive elements of the lab such as defining and activating activities, hotspots, and more.

For more of a Teamwork approach:

Labs can be developed by a team that designs the lab, with distinct team members generating videos, graphics, and all the required scripts (instructions, questions, answers, explanations), a professional voice over etc. However large or small the team may be, LabHUB™ will accommodate it efficiently without duplication of efforts.
