In IT_LabWorks the mission is stated under the scenario. This is where the stage is set for the student’s missions. The scenario defines the business needs that prompts the mission. It sets the premise and the constraints within which the mission needs to be accomplished. The various elements of this scenario are presented to the student in the IT_LabWorks left pane (see above).
The scenario is made up of three main elements:
- The company background
- The Who’s Who list of players
- The case study
These three elements setup the environment in which the mission is to be accomplished by the student. Below is an example the three tabs materializing the scenario:
